Wow, this is not right, having a blog but not doing anything with it. Sam gave me an idea and I am going to put good use to it. I will write my feelings on what I am passionate about. I love knowledge management and I will want to share whatever I know about it.

The basic aim of knowledge management is to leverage knowledge to the organization's advantage.

There are many more good definitions but let this be the starting point to understand knowledge management.
